Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit $17,100 against its budget appropriations for 2015-16 to facilitate the award of a contract to the Conservation Corps Newfoundland and Labrador to deliver classroom presentations as part of implementing the Energy Efficiency and Conservation in Schools Pilot Project.
