Under the authority of section 7(1) of the Wild Life Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to make Regulations entitled “Wild Life Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will provide for the accommodation of persons with disabilities within certain angling activities and allow resident and non resident hunters and anglers to avail of the disabled hunter program and disabled angler program.
