Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5 of the Liquor Corporation Act and section 21(1)(a) of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes the following individuals from the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation as of August 31, 2004, with appropriate severance pay from Corporation funds in the total amount of $8,235, to be paid in accordance with the Schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council: 

i)  Jamie Smith;

ii)  Michelle Batterson;

iii)  Fred Harding;

iv)  Margaret Ayad;

v)  Cecil Lake; and

vi)  Irene Howlett.
