Under the authority of section 117 of the Public Utilities Act and section 21(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Dennis Browne, QC, as Consumer Advocate for Public Utilities Board hearings, effective July 15, 2004.
