Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 52 of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby makes an Order, entitled “Boundaries of School Districts Order, 2004”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to come into force on September 1, 2004, which will repeal the Boundaries of School Districts Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 79/96.
