Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 57 of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby makes an Order entitled, “School Boards Dissolution Order, 2004”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will provide for the dissolution of the former School Boards for the former School Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, and for the successorship of new School Boards for the new School Districts 2, 3 and 4, on September 1, 2004.
