Under the authority of section 20 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to borrow an amount, not to exceed $600 million, by issuing long-term debentures in the Canadian capital markets.
