Under the authority of section 20 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to delegate the authority to approve the rate of interest and other terms and conditions for Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to borrow an amount, not to exceed $600 million, by issuing long-term debentures in the Canadian capital markets, to the Minister of Finance.
