Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 80 of the Labour Standards Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled, “Labour Standards Reciprocating Jurisdictions Regulations”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will provide for the reciprocal enforcement of orders issued under employment standards legislation in designated provinces and territories of Canada.
