Under the authority of section 22 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the manner and form of guarantee of the borrowing by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro of an amount not to exceed $600 million to be signed by the Minister of Finance.
