Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to permanently close and convey to the City of Corner Brook, for the nominal amount of $1.00, title to a portion of the former ramp reservation of the Corner Brook interchange, now abandoned, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission, comprised of three parcels as follows: Parcel 1 measuring 706 m² and as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B;  Parcel 2 measuring 0.554 hectares outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B; and Parcel 3 measuring 318 m² and as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B.
