Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue a license to occupy Crown land located at Reids Pond in the Electoral District of Bellevue for the purpose of a well and waterline to Tom Osborne, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licenses, provided further that, upon installation of the well and waterline, the license holder may request to amend the lot boundaries through a re-survey and boundary adjustment to encompass the well and waterline area provided the total lot area does not exceed 4050 square meters.
