Under the authority of section 9(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant of land containing 13.526 hectares, situated at Hawkes Bay in the Electoral District of St. Barbe, to the Town of Hawkes Bay, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
