Under the authority of sections 5(2) and 6(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dean MacDonald as Director and Chair, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, for a thirty-six month term effective September 20, 2004 or as soon as practicable thereafter.
