Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey the vacant parcel of land located at Riverwood Place, Torbay, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission to Frank and Sheila Linegar for the consideration and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
