Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 (2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease of land containing 407 hectares, situated at St. Pauls in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to Eastern Arm Enterprises Ltd., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases, including the option upon development of the site and full payment of market value of the land, to apply for a grant subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
