Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant of Crown land not exceeding 21 square meters, situated at Benoit’s Cove in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands, to John Francis McCarthy and Patricia Mary McCarthy, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
