Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to further extend the lease of 6,000 square feet of combined office/warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of yard space for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation at 3 Mall Street, Marystown, from Mr. Bernard Farrell, on a month to month basis from October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005, under the existing terms and conditions and at a rental rate of $83,987 per annum.
