Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Councils is pleased to move that the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable John Ottenheimer as the Minister of Health and Community Services, with effect from October 1, 2004.
