Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Tom Hedderson to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Education, with effect from October 1, 2004.
