Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $1,682,570, $1,682,570, $1,682,570 and $722,142 against its 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 budgetary appropriations respectively for road maintenance from Red Bay to Cartwright.
