Under the authority of section 8 of the School Tax Authorities Winding Up Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “School Tax Winding Up Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will clarify that compound interest has applied since November 1, 1992.
