Under the authority of section 3 of the Small Claims Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled“Small Claims Regulations”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, on the same day that sections 2, 4 and 5 of the Small Claims (Amendment) Act come into force, which will increase the monetary jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court from $3000 to $5000.
