Under the authority of section 9(2) of the Small Claims (Amendment) Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to bring sections 2, 4 and 5 of the Small Claims (Amendment) Act into force on the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
