Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to permanently close that section of old highway reservation containing an area of 0.0448 hectares, located at Islington, in the Electoral District of Trinity-Bay de Verde and more particularly described and shown outlined on the plan marked Schedule “B” attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to transfer administration and control of the area to the Department of Environment and Conservation.
