Under the authority of section 114 of the Canada Pension Plan, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to signify the consent of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to the changes to the Canada Pension Plan in Part IV of an “Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 23, 2004" being chapter 22 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004.
