Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $833,325, $833,325 and $136,388 against its 2005-2006, 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 budgetary appropriations respectively for road maintenance from Happy Valley-Goose Bay to Churchill Falls.
