Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $918,000 against the Department’s appropriations in fiscal year 2005-2006 to facilitate expenditures under the Agreement Respecting the Atlantic Initiative - Building a Better Tomorrow.
