Under the authority of section 63 of the Environmental Protection Act and section 21(1)(a) of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Leslie Griffiths, Terry Goodyear, and Catherine Jong from the Environmental Assessment Board for Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway.
