Under the authority of section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to name Kim Dunphy as the Newfoundland and Labrador provincial government nominee to the Council of Governors of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, for a three year term effective from a current date.
