Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Valerie Marshall as full-time Chairperson of the Labour Relations Board, under the terms and conditions of the Contract of Service, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
