Articles of Incorporation of the Student Investment and Opportunity Corporation,
Under the authority of section 4 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Student Investment and Opportunity Corporation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of the share ownership in Newfoundland and Labrador Student Investment and Opportunity Corporation from the Minister of Youth Services and Post- Secondary Education to the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment.
