Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 2,992 square feet of space occupied by the Department of Human Resources and Employment, District Office, from Gary Dobbin, in the Dobbin Building, Port Saunders, on a month to month basis up to March 31, 2006, under the same terms and conditions and at an increased rental rate of $16.50 per square foot.
