Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Kathy Dunderdale to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and Minister Responsible for the Rural Secretariat, with effect from February 23, 2004.
