Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Dianne Whalen to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Government Services and Minister Responsible for the Government Purchasing Agency, with effect from February 23, 2004.
