Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Doug House as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, effective February 23, 2004, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
