Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bruce Saunders as the Deputy Minister (Acting) of the Department of Natural Resources, effective February 23, 2004, with classification and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 and, given the reporting relationship between Dr. Muhammad Nazir and Mr. Saunders, with Mr. Saunders to receive a 1% wage differential retroactive to February 23, 2004 and continuing for the duration of the reporting relationship.
