Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Barbara Wakeham as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Government Services, effective February 23, 2004, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
