Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Don Osmond as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works, effective February 23, 2004, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
