Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Joe O’Neill as the Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency, effective February 23, 2004, with classification and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 and with the incumbent not to receive less than his current salary.
