Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Terry Paddon as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Finance, effective February 23, 2004, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
