Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sheree MacDonald as the Assistant Secretary to Cabinet - Social Policy, effective February 23, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
