Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Heather MacLellan as the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Women’s Policy Office, effective February 23, 2004, at her existing salary on a personal basis.
