Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Cluney Mercer as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Transportation in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective February 23, 2004, with classification and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
