Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Stephen R. Winter as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, effective November 8, 2004, in accordance with the terms and conditions of his contract of employment, which is to be substantially in the same form as the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
