Under the authority of section 53 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to renew Transfer Number 101962, issued to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada on June 1, 1995, for the operation of a rifle range located on approximately 418.872 hectares of Crown land at Pusseys Hill, Makinsons, Conception Bay, for a further term of ten years commencing June 1, 2005, under the same terms and conditions.
