Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to acquire the timber rights from Abitibi Consolidated Company of Canada for the Crown in the Dan's Pond Area of Forest Management District 8, in accordance with the Transfer Agreement, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
