Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amounts of $1,239,800 in 2015/16 and $980,800 in 2016/17, to facilitate the award of contract to Sanexen Environmental Services Inc. for environmental remediation at Hopedale.
