Under the authority of section 40 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs the Newfoundland Government Sinking Fund to pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amount of $3,879,900 representing proceeds available at March 31, 2004 from the conclusion of the wind up of voluntary sinking funds not required for the retirement of Canada Pension Plan borrowings, and further to remit the estimated income on this amount from April 1, 2004 to the date of payment.
