Under the authority of section 42 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Income and Employment Support Appeal Board effective November 30, 2004 for a three year term:

i)  Cynthia Downey- Chair;

ii)  Regina Brinston - Vice-Chair;

iii)  Andrew Tobin - Member;

iv) Augusta Whelan - Alternate Member; and,

v)  Carmel Osborne - Alternate Member
